well ive always liked combat sports at a young age i got into wwe and watched alot of moves with van dam in them.
over the years i did wresling boxing judo but when i was 15 i started bodybuilding and got myself upto 14stone and then decided at 18 i wanted to do mma so i did .
i started at imma in n.ireland and have trained with fighters from the ufc that live here . colin robenson was my main couch and i somedays trained with rodney moore and and norman parke ( ufc fighter )
they decided the best move for me was 11 stone which i am now
since then ive became a stoner and dont do mma as much hope to start back early next year and get a few fights going :D
